The world's most Michelin-starred chef, who has been working at the PIC gourmet restaurant at the Beau-Rivage Palace for 15 years, is a lover of the Swiss terroir. She unearths fabulous products and talented artisans. These encounters give rise to tasty collections that are so creative that they travel the world in the Chef's pouch. After 2 years without a market, the Chef is promising us some great finds for 2024, to be savoured 2 Michelin stars style in her Lausanne restaurant, whose décor has been completely revamped, promising an unforgettable experience.
