The Beau-Rivage Palace restaurants are decked in their formal red and white decor, the colours
of the Swiss flag, to celebrate the National Holiday. Special menus at the Café Beau-Rivage,
the Miyako, the Accademia and the Château d’Ouchy restaurant, with a grand buffet in the
gardens, an orchestra and a fireworks display.
